The soil is clay with boulders.
Elaboration:
After a hand vintage in cases, the grape is checked and part of it crushedwithout de-stemmed. Then moved directly into wine casks where it remained until its integral racking to bottling. The aging period is 10 months for the vintage 2012. The bottling without filtration is done with a slight clarification.
