Soil:

Elaboration:
After a manual vintage in boxes, the grape is selected and passes through a pneumatic press. The juice is fermented at low temperature, the fine lees are selected to make aging for 6-7 months with weekly Batonnage in a foudre of 4000L . The bottling is done with a slight clarification and filtration.
