First plot is located in Espanillo from 700 to 850 meters, the average age of vines is 80 years old, about 5 ha of surface. Second one is located in Valtuille at 550 meters of altitude, the average age of the vineyard is about 30 years.
Soil:
Decomposed slate with sandy areas, the ground worked in an artisanal way, on a small scale with three passes with plows pulled by two cows in Espanillo and Clay with Sandy areas in Valtuille
Elaboration:
After a hand harvest in boxes, the grape is checked, de-stemmed and crushed. tradicional vinification with pumping over during the alcoholic fermentation in Foudre and ageing during 6 months in Foudre of 5000L.
